Popular Ugandan opposition leader Robert Kyagualnyi is the first formidable challenge to the current Ugandan President Yoweri Museveni since he took power in 1986. He represents both an ideological, generational, ethnic and regional challenge to Museveni’s long stranglehold on the Ugandan society.
